Christopher Benedikt Pilscheur

Benedikt Pilscheur has a Diplom Ingenieur (FH) degree in electrical engineering from the University of Applied Science in Hamburg as well as a Master of Science and Engineering degree from the Masdar Institute of Science and Technology in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. Benedikt has working experience as a researcher for the Fraunhofer Institute ISE as well as in the private sector as a R&D engineer. He also is the General Manager of Soraytec Middle East Limited.  

 
 

Harutyun Sargsyan

Was born in 1959. He graduated from the State Engineering University of Armenia in 1979 from the department of Electrical Engineering.  

1979-1989 worked in various research and development institutions in Armenia.

Since 1989 worked for various companies In the field of electronics.



 
 

Dr. Thomas A. Pilscheur

Director of the Board

Thomas  Pilscheur has a Doctor of Sinology from the University of Hamburg. Mr. Pilscheur has more than 30 years of experience in the field of start up companies and management of SME's. In his early career Mr. Pilscheur was working as a business consultant in China. He was supporting European companies with business development services in the Chinese market. Mr. Pilscheur has handled multiple technology transfer projects between the two countries. He is the managing director of Somantec AG, the director of the board of the Soraytec AG and Soreha.

 
 

Dr. Sergey Michael Abovyan

PhD, MSc

Research and Development Engineer

Sergey Abovyan has a Doctor of Engineering (PhD) degree from Yerevan Computer Research and Development Institute in Yerevan, Armenia, as well as a Master of Engineering degree in the field of Informatics and Computer Systems from State Engineering University of Armenia in Yerevan. Sergey has working experience as R&D engineer and researcher in physics field in Yerevan Physics Institute and in Max Planck Institute for Physics in Munich as well as a R&D engineer in private companies.
